Property maintenance was outstanding and very reliable. Daily trash pickup and towel service was a plus. The reservation and office staff were very helpful.

We had a peaceful and relaxing vacation at RFV. The villa was clean and nicely furnished. The property is well maintained and the service is very reliable. We enjoyed sunrise by the ocean and sunset by the intracoastal.. The beautiful beach was the best part of our vacation. We cant wait to return.

Stayed here many times in the past and will stay here many times in the future. Unique and wonderful!

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed our stay.. We love the old Florida feel of the property. We very much enjoyed being able to go watch the boats on one side of the property and cross the street and enjoy the ocean side of the property as well. Its a very unique property which I highly recommend. The landscaping and variety of plants are really beautiful.

Everyone at Royal Flamingo is wonderful. The maintenance man, the adorable ladies who tidy up, and the receptionists in the office are all beyond friendly and accommodating.

This is our fourth year coming to Royal Flamingo, and each time we fall more in love with the place. It truly is a peaceful and relaxing getaway. We will see you again soon

We like to stay here, you can swimming in the pool, you can walk in the morning on ocean, in the evening to Wyndham Ariel ....

We were so fortunate to meet with Janice, the Manager at The Royal Flamingo Villas, and as professional, and friendly as she was, Janice took the extra step to accommodate us further. We look forward to seeing her and the staff again next year.

We were so fortunate to have had the opportunity to experience the best getaway at the Royal Flamingo Villas. The Villa was perfect for us....just a few steps onto the beautiful sandy beach, and with also the lovely pool, as an alternative, situated just behind our villa. Our villa had all the essentials, and the staff was so friendly, professional, and so accommadating. We look forward to hopefully return on an annual basis.

I have been going to the Flamingo Villas for 40 years and I love this place. The staff is very friendly and the premises are perfect.

Royal Flamingo Villas is our special beach home without the hassle of owning a second home. We just left but are already counting the days until we return.

It was a beautiful stay, the villas are so nicely arranged to allow easy access to the beach and the pool. The maintenance staff were professional and friendly, The barbeque you provided made it enjoyable to have nice dinners on site, while mixing in going out for dinner half the time. We have stayed here more than 5 times now, and we love it. We will recommend it to others, and continue to come back.

My 3rd year at RFV and once again can't say enough about the place and staff. Everything great and look forward to year #4! The location is also ideal for walking to town as well. Feel very comfortable there.
