Health and Safety

We adhere to recommended preventative sanitation measures and are following the recommendations from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other health agencies.
— Innovative Disinfection Technologies: RFV uses electrostatically charged disinfecting mist (among other solutions) to sanitize surfaces and objects. This technology uses the “highest classification of disinfectants recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and World Health Organization.”



How do I book a Villa?

You can browse our villas and Search Rentals on this website by using the "check availability box" to the left. At this time we do not accept online bookings. You can call our office at 954-427-0669 and book directly or contact us on the website.
 

Booking additional guests?

Rates quoted for a one bedroom is for 2 guests and a two bedroom is for 4 guests. Most two bedroom villas can accommodate six guests and most one bedroom villas can accommodate three guests. This requires approval when reserving a villa.

 

Cancellations

As we are a small condo-villa resort, late cancellations and no-shows really affect our business, therefore our deposit and cancellation policy is as follows:

We require a deposit equal to 50% of the reserved stay that will be charged to your credit card upon booking.
Cancellation policy:
   * Notice must be given 60 days prior to arrival date – full refund.
   * Notice given 60 days(or less) – loss of deposit.
All cancellations MUST be cancelled by email to [email protected]

 

Reserving a BBQ.

You can request a grill before 2pm for your villa.
(Guest are not permitted to bring grills.)
 

Is your information secure?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database. It will only be accessible by those authorized with special rights to such systems. They are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
