SITE PLAN Royal Flamingo Villas is a condominium property consisting of 40 individual villa homes.  There are one and two bedroom villas throughout the property.  When calling for reservations, please be prepared to discuss specific areas of the property and/or Villa designations in which you are interested.

RATES All rates are subject to change--please call for latest information. Rent is payable in full upon arrival. All payments in US funds only. No foreign checks accepted. Mastercard, VISA and Discover accepted. Daily rates are quoted as follows: One bedroom - 2 persons       Two bedroom - 4 persons There is an additional charge of $15 for each additional person per night. Chiuldren under 12 stay free with parents. Maximum occupancy allowed: One bedroom - 3 persons       Two bedroom - 6 persons

THE "FINE PRINT"

RESERVATION DEPOSIT: 25% deposit required on all reservations, due at time of reservation. Deposit will be refunded if you cancel your reservation 45 days prior to arrival. If you cancel less than 45 days prior to arrival, your deposit will only be refunded if we are able to re-rent your reserved villa for that same time period.

NO PETS ALLOWED.  Absolutely no exceptions.

MINIMUM LENGTH OF STAY: 5 nights, except for the following holiday seasons:

- Christmas - 10 nights - Easter - 6 nights - Balance of Year - 5 nights
