A 25% deposit is required on all reservations, and payment is required upon arrival. Your deposit will be refunded if you cancel your reservation 45 days or more prior to arrival. If you cancel less than 45 days prior to arrival, your deposit will only be refunded if we are able to re-rent your reserved villa for that same time period.
